Bananaquit range

The Bananaquit is a native bird of the all the Caribbean islands except for Cuba. It is also seen in some areas of southern Mexico, Panama and the along the coast of northern South America. This bird uses its long curled bill to pick insects from flowers. It is a bird that is seen at backyard birdfeeders on the Caribbean islands.
